Once again, those two words that keep coming up and are very important for a parent to know. 'Qualified Immunity.'

In the LSF, I read stories of non-consensual spanking and find them quite enjoyable but I hate these type of spankings in reality. This is my fantasy. These are one of the many subjects that I enjoy. As far as CP in schools, I do not agree with the idea of punishment in schools and for that matter, even at home.
Now.....what would happen if a child got a blood clot as the result of a spanking and got a stroke or worse yet, died. That should be a lively situation. A lot of arrests.

The under current of this story is that the male administer of the paddling may have got some sexual gratification from the the action. As a teacher I don't approve of corporal punishment in school but if it is permitted by law, then it is totally irrelevant, in an age of gender choices, which ever sex administers, or receives the punishment. For a long time I have argued about showers in P.E. as it would be equally wrong for a gay teacher to supervise showers of the same sex as it would be for heterosexuals to supervise the opposite sex. Naked showering was eventually banned in my school. The same applies to this story. If the female had been a lesbian paddling the girl, it would have been equally as wrong.

I'm confused, Torres - you mean in your school the students have to shower with their clothes on? Why supervise showers anyway - surely students know how to take a shower without help?

So now the schools would have to identify the sexual orientation of all the teachers and many more of the staff? As myrkassi stated, banning naked showers means a student has to wear clothing, so how much clothing is needed, and who makes a decision what clothes are acceptable or not acceptable?

Some would like to take an extreme view of things and put rules and regulations in place that try to change family structure that has been in place for generations. Having to shower with clothes on is one of those reactions that are ridiculous, good thing that they create a laugh in response to them.

When I went to high school, we would shower after gym. No one supervised us. The gym teacher was busy elsewhere. But it is certainly crazy to ever imply that anyone would shower with their clothes on. A good laugh. Yes, at times the LSF can be very funny and that is the way it should be.

I would assume that Torres meant a bikini or trunks. And if I remember back my school time I wished the showers and changing rooms would have been supervised. It was the paradise of all bullies. Seeing their classmates naked seemed to push all their qualms aside.
