When were you first aware you were into spanking?

For me, the interest goes way back, as far as I can remember. Of course, I didn't figure out until years later that I was "into" it. I wasn't spanked myself as a kid, and never longed to get or receive one. I just found myself drawn to the idea of it. As others have noted, I repeatedly looked up spanking-related words in the dictionary, re-read any story (or just the "good" parts) where someone received a spanking.

Then, post-puberty, there was one girl at school about whom I had some rather elaborate fantasies, a part of which was me spanking her. And of course, the girls I found attractive always had the most delicious backsides. Fantasies about giving spankings remained present, albeit in the background, as I entered my adult years. Unfortunately, I still wasn't aware that I was "into" it until after I got married. By the time I discovered that I was - and that she WASN'T - it was too late.

When the internet came along, like so many other people, I found that that I wasn't alone. I began my writing as a way to express my interests long before I had any experience. Only after my marriage ended (for mostly non-spanking-related issues), was I free for r.l exploration. And here I am, still writing.

I remember being about twelve when I would sneak and look at my dad's playboy magazines and really fancied the photos showing off their butts. Then I came across the variations magazines and they had a spanking story and that was all it took to put all the pieces together.

I can date my interest at least to when I was thirteen or fourteen. I did get spanked from time to time by my mother when I was a boy. She wasn't particularly harsh, but they were real spankings, about a dozen smacks or so on my bare bottom over her lap. I don't remember having any fantasies about spanking until that stopped (around 10 or 12 years old).

When I hit puberty, I started to have fantasies about girls I knew getting spanked. Not by me; I'd imagine they still got spanked by their parents. (I think this was purely fantasy; at least, I never had any evidence that any of my classmates still got spanked.)

Being bookish, I started collecting spanking references from books and magazines. (This was in the 80s, long before the internet.) I spent a lot of time in the high school library with the Index of Periodical Literature, finding citations of magazine articles which mentioned spanking or corporal punishment, then tracking them down on microfilm. Popular US magazines like Time and Newsweek would have an article about spanking (usually either "should you spank your kids" or "should cp in schools be banned") every couple of years.

The librarians thought I was exceptionally studius ... if they only knew what I was up to!

I cannot remember a time i was not into spanking, so i always say i was a born spanko. I remember looking up spanking in dictionarys and always looking for newspaper comic strips that had spanking. ( it is strange, but i did not see Mcclintock until much later, but was a fan of John Waynes movies( True, he only did spank in Mcclintock and Donovan's Reef, but he did threaten and give several one slappers in many of his movies. ) I know i was intrested in spanking at a very young age (4 or 5), but do not know where i could of gotten it. Spankings were to be avoided (getting, but giving that was a different story.) I think the 1st movie i saw was Public Deb # 1, but i was a child of the tv era so i may have seen more. Although i grew up in in the fifties and sixties i cannot say i remember any of my friends getting spanked in front of me, but that spankings did happen was common knowledge. I heard spanking threats, but i never saw them carried out ( i did think that spanking was in all households mother's spanked by father's, but although i thought that my parents did it it was imagination as my father never did actually ever spank my mother or hit her all, but due to the movies and tv i thought that they did. So how did i become a spanko ( i have no earthly idea.)

I was very young, 5 or 6, when I first thought about it, remember in the 50s/60s spanking was the rage for young people. I went to school in the midwest for college and found a significant amount of young ladies who were very open about talking about spankings etc, I remember the sorority girls with the paddles and other girls who would smack a guy on the butt as guys had been doing to them, I think it was the liberation effect. I loved that time, great memories.

I remember in the 6th grade drawing some spanking implements and showing the drawing to my girl friend. She didn't seem to be particularly interested, but one day after school, we were playing s charades game in her front yard. You would have to give the initials of whatever the other person was supposed to guess. For one turn, she sat in a chair, said SAG and started making up and down motions with one hand. What I was supposed to guess, of course, was, "spanking a girl." Maybe she was interested in spanking, too.

I knew before I was in third grade. I tried to get a teenage babysitter to spank me, or for me to spank her, but nothing happened in that regard. Although, somehow I was able to get her to show off her lower parts which I had never before seen and, later when she claimed to be sick, I took her temp. rectally. She never babysat for me again. :-S But a grown couple did and I did get spanked by the husband, sadly not bare, after a lengthy session in a corner.

This is only a guess, but it might well have been when I was hand-spanked while suspended naked by my ankles. I was approx 10 seconds old at the time.

I don't actually know where this longing to be spanked came from but I remember aged 12 at a new school and the girls gym teacher told me to behave or she would slipper me, I got a strange feeling but thought it was fear. At 13 I had a weekend job working for a very nice but stern lady, one day I did something wrong and she said that she would love to put me over her knee and spank my bottom soundly, I really wanted that to happen, it didn't but I have regretted to this day that I didn't persue it. I now love having a lady redden my bottom!
