Here a few stories I remember offhand featuring affectionate and/or caring disciplinarians:
{1} "Continuing Education" by H. Kerrsutherland
(The protagonist's eventual girlfriend spanks him steadily all summer at camp, and seemingly at times during the school year afterward, however she also becomes sweetly enamored of him.)
{2} "Phi Beta Gamma Part 12" by Seegee
(All three F/F punishments, involving three characters in total, are very sound yet administered in a family or family-style manner, via an older woman reddening the rear end of a younger one during a 'teachable moment.')
{3} "Nature Walk" by KFR
(The young woman clearly loves her husband, however that doesn't prevent her from demonstrating her marital dominance with three solid spankings, each featuring a different implement, over the course of a day's nature outing.)
{4} "The Woman of the Well" by KD Pierre
(Mother and daughter both spank the boyish protagonist, albeit a year apart, and in each case the butt-whipping is rather intensive, nonetheless light-hearted in spirit and meaningful.)
{5} "Mouse and Tiger" by Andrew Angerclashes
(There's an unusual closeness between a female teacher and her young male pupil, as a result of her paddling him for an offense which he intentionally commits to get that special attention.)
