In my young days I read the Lone wolf Solo-RPG books? I got the idea to try it with a spanking story but I don't see ihow it could work with the library. Which is the reason why I ask: Has anyone ever done a 'choose your own adventure' style spanking story ?

"Triplets" by Lawrence Kinden is one such story here. It used internal links for the story options.

What a good idea! I am strongly inclined to write one.

When you look at 'triplets' it seems clear how Mr. Kinden did it. I already send a popup to Februs asking if the library supports it. I am sure this would put quite a workload on the staff and that the staff wouldn't appreciate it.
If not, I got some web space to put it up, but I can't post it officially since my provider is a bit strange ;) You never know how he reacts beforehand.
My first thoughts was using 350 web pages and to push some data in the address along to keep paper out of the way, but Mr. Kinden's approach is cleaner.

Originally I used html anchor tags for Lawrence's Triplets story. These days I don't have the time to make such additions but if the submitter knows how to do it and the number of linkages and size of the story is relatively limited I guess we could accommodate that.

@Februs
Actually I already started on it only to realize how much work is involved (OK, I anticipated it beforehand.) but I have to conceide that I have no idea how the reading app of the library reacts to the resulting shitload of anchor tags and have to accept your knowledge of it as infinite. The idea of a 'choose your own' story is appealing but not practically. Around the year 1990 I started one with a Michael York end time movie in mind. Leaving the safe limited space humankind lived in allowed 'puzzles' like green (not ripe yet), yellow(ripe) and red(on the brink to turn bad) berries on a plant and the reader had to choose. Having paprica for lunch might cause unexpected result. For us you are toeing the line thus a cheeky remark might get more than you bargained for, acting contrite might save your backside. In the end a 'choose your own story' is along the line get as many spankings as possible or get none as goal. To make matters tougher for the reader you might even force him to keep track of a pain level to create an untimely end or even add embarassing situation like adding a humilation level. You can only add realism at the cost of fun for the reader. For now I will have to drastically reduce my original plan and see how it progresses.

I grew up with Choose Your Own Adventures and game books, so I love the format. I've seen a few examples online. If you're looking for Kindle spanking titles, JJ Rose has at least two books in this format, using Kindle's internal links system to go to the right next page. "Weekend Plans" and book 2 "Switching Plans".

I'm not sure the technical details, but the author's contact info is in the ebook, so maybe you could ask?

In Kindle reading, it works like the table of contents links to chapters, or footnotes.

Happy Reading

Flogmaster did one. It's on his website. It's quite good. Read it a long time ago.
