(For long-time members here, I have a question - is it really self-plugging if it's a reply to a request for information?)

I've been wondering the same thing and have decided (for myself, at least!) that it is not self-plugging if the story is spot-on, but probably is if the connection is more far-fetched (and that's why I haven't said a word about my only spanked bride).

But come to think of it, I have one that may fit in this thread, although it is M/F: "Late summer". (And by my own definition above, this is not self-plugging).

I have such a story - "You can bet your ass". I wrote the story after reading about non-transitive dice where whatever die us chosen first there is always another with a better probability of winning. But for anyone unprincipled enough to use the dice the way Angela did in the story, remember, you can still lose.

Since you're obviously the #1 expert on your own stories, it's not "self-plugging" if you're replying to a direct inquiry, I'm figuring.

While I enjoyed your story, that spanking-oriented dice game was a clever concept, why did you describe it here as "f/F" rather than generically "f/f"? Weren't the four female players all underage teenagers?

It's not self-plugging, but after having replied to these types of requests and then seeing no responses or comments to the stories recommended, I DO wonder if it's actually worth the time taken to respond. So maybe the question isn't whether one should reply with their own stories but whether to reply at all? Perhaps those posing these requests should consider leaving a comment...or at least a reply..... as appropriate consideration for the efforts of those who took the time to answer their question?

Of course, maybe others did get comments to their recommendations and I am the odd man out since my stories are so unappealing? But that can't be the case because in a comment, a reader could even say just that (and have. LOL)

I responded to 2 requests here - on one i received 4 views ( but not from the requester) and one comment, and on the other, no views.

Aren't people amazing? (And not in a good way like the way Spiderman is "amazing", but more like "jump to my aid, but don't expect any consideration from me" way.) I think I'm done with recommendations, although I can think of one recommendation I feel like offering to these folks. (I'll let you guess what it might be. LOL)
