Can anyone from the States, preferably West Coast help me with my storyline/s?

I have written a few stories about a girl from LA, she's 18-19 at the beginning and I get so confused between schools, colleges and universities and majoring etc...
If there is anyone willing to help me get my information as accurate as possible, please do say and I can pm you her cv and the first story plot.
The girl is a frizzy redhead 5'9" and an excellent cross-country runner (if they have cross-country running in California!). She is the narrator and a confirmed spanko/spankee.

I live in Portland, Oregon. The school you want is University of Oregon. It’s the home of Nike. It’s in Eugene. The next town over is Springfield where Matt Groneig based the Simpsons. It is decidedly weird there. The joke is it’s still 1969. There is a Country Fair where women wear body paint instead of clothes. You can view images from Google. It has a large bondage and spanking scene so house parties are weekly. Your character sounds like a young Nicole Kidman. Also many Google images. In Oregon nudity is a state Constitutional right.
