Misleading titles are content, not grammar, but they do have a chapter on how to format chapters.

As for being American centric, that would be a problem for non-Americans.

Thank you for the link to that style guide, Goodgulf. I looks to me like it will be most helpful irrespective of which side of the pond you are from. I've sent for one anyway.

Just a gentle reminder that all material loaded onto the library is in the form of plain text files. We don't require authors to work with style guides as all the formatting from the various attachments is stripped out prior to loading, and we apply our own; namely italics, bold (only for headings), dividers and blockquotes.
