Does Anyone Here But Me Recall Alan Aldiss?

He is the best smut writer I know; he wrote over a dozen novelas. He did beatings more than spankings, and a ton of stuff besides, but I wish there were folks to discuss it. He has a different mindset than other writers, and it is largely because he focuses on the perspective of both the abuser and abused, to be frank. I wish more writers understood what he does. Oh, and he did a lot of chastity belts. This isn't the likeliest place to discuss it, but punishments of withheld pleasure really appeal to me.

A quick Google search turned up quite a few of his stories available for free, mostly (just going by the titles) involving harems and captive slave-girls.

True, but mostly via Smashwords, I think; I had to subscribe, and is there a fee included? I not, I'd sign happily. In any case, his psychological realism is what impresses me. His main heroine, Emma, works because she's a masochistic sex addict, basically, and her abuser/lover Ursula essentially lesbian Jeffrey Epstein, can't just chew her up and spit her out like she does with everyone else, so she takes the time to keep figuring out elaborate torments. Neither loves the other, but they each provide something the other seeks.

Anyone have any understanding of the dynamic I'm describing? The reason it works is because Emma knows she's doomed, dreading a future that equally arouses. Anybody write like this? Aldiss doesn't focus so much on the sex act, but basically everything surrounding it, which is what I like. The psychological domination humiliation is what I prefer. Know of any stories and authors like this?

So I'm thinking that you can buy expanded versions of those books on Amazon, but one reviewer said that the sex scenes were changed to fit with Amazon's guidelines.
