Looking for an older Judicial Punishment Story

I've been trying to find a specific judicial punishment story that I think was called "The Facility."

It's a story that follows two different characters, one is a man that is training to become a spanker at the facility, and the other is a young woman who got sentenced to a spanking at that facility for running an unlicensed beauty salon.

The woman gets sentenced to a two part spanking, and the man deals out at least the first OTK part, and they bond over it. The OTK part of the spanking is timed and done with a hand-shaped paddle or strap so that it is inflicted equally no matter who the spanker is.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated, I've been searching for this story for a long time, and I would love to find it again.

I don't know, but he hasn't been here for almost four years, and the last update on his blog seems to be from August 2017.

Thanks for the information, Alef. I didn't realize it had been quite so long, time definitely does fly these days. Judging from his stories and conversations we have had, I can only guess that his age was advanced. Actually I would think early eighties as he was in high school in the 1950s. As was I. And as am I. Gives me pause to wonder what the average age of this website might be overall. Guy is definitely missed.
