Find an old story

Hi, this is my first post.

Many years ago, probably in the early 80's, I read a story by a woman whose name escapes me.
The gist of the story:
It was set in a time when it was considered the norm to publicly spank errant females. The lady in question cut up a male driver. She stopped at a restaurant, and found herself facing the man she had cut up, thus getting a spanking (her first). During this she 'lost' her credit card and was unable to pay for he refreshments, and ended up locked in a glory hole scenario and was at the mercy of anyone passing.

Anyone know this story, or its author?

I remember this story. I am sure i read it in the last 10 years or so. Cannot remember the author. Nor where i read it........sorry not alot of help at all!!!

I was trying to find an old story I know was originally published in Kane Magazine called The Scarlet Sash where a schoolgirl tricked into taking a caning for another girl

Any ideas?
