Thanks very much everyone, and to the vigilant NJRick I like to write but it's even better when others enjoy what I've written. Now all I have to do is make some time to write more... easier said than done!

I had to make that 10,000th comment myself to ensure I was prompt with the announcement.

I won't have to be this vigilant for a LONG time into the future. To figure out when other authors might reach that milestone, I looked at the time it's taken for the leading contenders to receive their most recent 300 comments, and then projected that rate forward into the future. mj2001 is likely to be next... on 10/5/2033... with several others following over the subsequent 3 to 10 years. I am very much looking forward reaching that mark myself in 2148.
