Lisa Berry

I have read a lot of Lisa's stories over the years and enjoyed them especially as she covers quite a lot of F/m scenarios which are my favourite. Quite prolific but than 2 years ago stopped posting stories, wondered if anyone knows why ?

I hope Lisa is well and retired, rather than having something serious happen. I'm really just commenting to celebrate her great run. My preference is F/F and it speaks to the quality of her work that she can appeal to people with different preferences. There's a matter of fact element to Lisa's work that makes everything believable without having to be plausible. Too many authors(especially those without irl spanking experiences) get caught up in explaining and justifying the premise, whereas Lisa understands that all you need for a believable spanking is two characters.

I discovered Ms. Berry's work before joining the LSF and really enjoyed it. She writes well and has been very prolific. I had the pleasure of exchanging a few private chats back then.
The majority of her stories are in the F/f genre with some M/f thrown in. Oddly, I don't recall any F/m stories but will recheck. She increased my enjoyment of F/f stories and it was good to see stories written by a woman for a change.
I too hope she is well. Hopefully we'll hear from her again.

A numbert of authors, including ones who remain active here as members, no longer write. Either "life" gets in the way, or the ideas stop flowing. Others have had a sadder and more final end to their writing. Hope it's not the latter.

I can attest to life getting in the way. I have three in various stages but never seem to have the time anymore. Almost makes me wish for another "plague." (I say in jest)

I am a big fan of Lisa Berry's stories. They are a real treat to read here in the library.

I hope we hear from Lisa soon to resolve this. I've enjoyed her stories for so long, especially the long Eileen series. She presents the spanking as a natural--and normal--component of the tale. I too have missed seeing her wonderful contributions of late. She does indeed impart a distinctly feminine flavor to her work.

That's one of the beauties of her work.
I enjoy reading things written by women.
Has she actually quit?

I have read and commented on more stories from Lisa Berry than any other author, her style of writing and story content truly worked for me, they were a joy to read.

I must say i was greatly saddened to see that she no longer posted stories here on LSF.
