IC, your comments are legendary; it's not so much the volume as much as the insight and thought you put in to them. They are personalised, entertaining and works of art in their own right. Few on this library have the ability to write as refreshing notes as you do.

Actually, what Chicago sang was 25 or 5 to 4. I just figured that was their answer to a question posed by the title of another of their songs, Does anybody really know what time it is?

Actually, it WAS twenty-five or -six to four," referring to the time, which was either 3:35 or 3:34 (am). So yes, it was apparent that Robert Lamm (the songwriter) DIDN'T really know what time it was (at least not exactly).

that same line is in the novelty song "Existential Blues" and now i know where it came from.

But the second line of Chicago's other song (mentioned here) was "Does anybody really care?"

Since Robert Lamm apparently couldn't be bothered to determine the exact time--he was essentially saying, "Within a minute, that's close enough"--obviously the answer to the question about caring was "Not all that much..." --C.K.
