It's fair to say that the Help section of the LSF was very incomplete and where not incomplete probably out of date. It's taken till now, however, to summon up the will to do something about it for 2 main reasons: I hate writing Help text and virtually no-one looks at it anyway. Nevertheless, I have completely rewritten it and added the ability to search for keywords. I have also decided not to ever add any further features to the site or change anything as I can't face keeping the Help text up to date...

If anyone finds any mistakes or omissions do let us know and blame the two female admins as they've been tasked with proofing it all but appear to have done very little so far other than gossip and eat crisps.

WOW...I checked it out and it is great!! Of course as I go through it more over the next week or so might have a few questions but so far none. I have to say that some, not a lot but some, things do not work on IE, regardless of how much I prefer it. (and no, saying IE is not swearing Februs)...LOL

Great job and we all know you will not be able to stop adding things in the future, that is just not you. Very well done, and now you know at least one person looked at it.

Februs,
I also have taken a look at the help section, and I am sure it will be of tremendous help to the newer members. I also tested the search feature briefly searching for 'co-author' and got one hit. Good job.

No changes to the site? Like, ever? Sheesh... It must really suck to write the help section lol. Well, I hope your not very serious. I like to make site suggestions from time to time.

Regards,
Christian

I think the site is absolutely perfect just as it is. Thank you, Februs, for all your hard work and dedication in providing us all with a free database of wonderful stories, which is jam-packed with fantastic features.

Wonderful job! What's scary is that I pretty much knew everything there already (is it possible to be spending too much time here?)

I also noticed a picture of me ... at a desk.... in the "help" section... which causes me to wonder if Februs is signaling that he's re-considering my earlier proposal to run the LSF Help Desk. Could it be?

Don't worry NJ, they only refer people who need help having a "accent" when they are singing...LMAO

Well, let's say I wanted to give you a vision of what it would probably be like...

So, then, you're saying that it's probable...?
