Welcome Laurel. I always thought Further Education was a worthwhile endeavor, so I will certainly read your story.

Thanks so much to everyone who has made positive comments about my contributions - I'd pretty much hit a hiatus in writing but am now considering a sequel to 'Mrs Burton' because of your collective encouragement

I'm very pleased to see one of the old school of pre-internet writers live on this site.
I'd always Mrs Burton, indeed the mag (Janus I think) is in my loft.
