Last story read

For those who find they have to leave the site in a hurry on occasion I've added an extra row at the top of the Last Read display to show the item you were last reading. You can then fire up the story and carry on reading from where you left off.

Now about a "bookmark" feature... I often don't start longer stories unless I'm sure I have time to finish them, because there's no simple way to find my stopping place.
