Today, I got my thousandth comment! I want to thank everyone who leaves a comment but especially those who comment most.
First is SmartfulCodger, who is my top commentator, and probably a lot of other people’s too. SC is an author himself, as they usually are. His stories are set in a mythical world, in the southern USA, I guess, where the air is humid, and filled with the scent of sweet magnolia, and passions run high.
The ripe bottoms of southern beauties are severely strapped, with mighty slabs of leather, especially crafted in the local strap factory! Tested beforehand too! These straps are almost characters themselves, such is their weight in the stories.
Alef, BashfulBob and KatiePie all vie for second place. Alef writes cool, nuanced stories, often leaving you wondering about his characters’ motivations and feelings, the mysteries of humanity. BB writes about a wide range of scenarios, with great good humour and gusto, KatiePie specialises in loving but stern Aunty types who take flighty young women firmly in hand, in the approved old fashioned way.
Seegee writes tales of loving parental style discipline. His characters find the guidance they need over the laps of parental figures, actual, chosen or offered, not to mention the epic Spank Shoppe series!
Capstan says himself that his heroines tend to be basically charming, usually attractive, young ladies who find themselves, through circumstances, at the wrong place at the wrong time - over a ready knee!
Guy writes about the self enclosed worlds of little churches and sects, in which the old ways of condign punishment for errant youth are righteously practiced, amen!
Canadian Spankee took himself, his comments and his stories away from us, as was his right. I miss them all, though.
SamSlipper’s stories are about men who finally find their secret longings becoming reality at the hands of fierce assertive women.
Finally, Jimbo101946 is not a published author here, so deserves a particular thanks..
