I'd say that it's doing great. Out of 25 loaded stories that day, it was listed third from the bottom. Still, it crawled its way all the way to place 10 in this batch and that at an 11 day exposure, which is a bit below average for the front page, congratulations
The ambiguity "school board" might have something to do with it, that the viewer might anticipate some other kind of board being put into action and also, as you say, the title contains the trigger word "school". M/fff is also encouraging for many, as it implies multiple spankings in the same story. Well done.
Of course, you being a recognized author might have something to do with it as well
