Once Upon a Summer

Recently, I finished a series. This is a momentous occasion for me because, though the parts are short and the series, as a whole, is short, I have far more unfinished series that finished.

It is a gentle story, not at all like my recent story "Mistaken" (which seems to have bothered a few folks), about a pair of girls and their struggle to explore this fascination we all share.

I read Laurence's series and was quite intrigued. His episodes are short, yet he uses language very carefully to build tension and encourage the reader to predict the outcome. I highly recommend it!
