I've been seeing references to this character ever since I discovered the site. Is she from a well-known serial or something, or just an unofficial site mascot? In the latter case, what is her origin? Basically, who and/or what is Miss Thrashbottom?

SNM: Basically, who and/or what is Miss Thrashbottom? She is whom you get sent to when you upset the site angel Ok, well she is the unofficial site disciplinarian/mascot for keeping blimp, Rick and co in order... I think flops introduced her to the site and the threat is great...
