I have just finished sending in a story that I've been editing for almost a year. It is roughly 141,000 words long, broken down into 26 parts.

Now to finish the second half of the story. Or maybe it's the last 2/3s of the story?

The story is called "The Lord of Corporal Punishment and the Challenge Cup". It includes gods, godlings, schoolgirls, an elite team of women in the early twenties, and much, much more.

That’s pretty impressive! Wonder if that will be the longest in the library

Probably not. There are some long ones, and if you count the series as a single story I doubt it would be in the 10 top.

It’s a serial, not a series as such, but if you add the 13 or so parts of the Phi Gamma Beta serial together it has a word count of 156,274. Admittedly there is is one entry in excess of 23,000 words, which could actually qualify it as a novella.

The 38-part Girls of Cropton Hall is just under 194,000 words long (although the published version claims nearly 196,000).

Posted in more or less weekly instalments between July 2010 and January 2011, it is an F/f girls boarding-school serial/story/novel that was fortunate to coincide with the LSF's Great Breakout of June 2010 when comment numbers tripled from one month to the next. They continued to rise over the following 3 years to their peak in what spankobibliophiles refer to as the LSF's Golden Era of 2012-2013.

LSF Publications kindly offered to publish this story in April 2016 and it's since sold over 1200 copies.

Exactly. 141K sounds like a lot, but others have written much longer stories.

The publishing of this story will be delayed. 141K might not be the longest story here, but it is too long to publish at one time.
