Crazy or what?

There is *no* objective way to define the concept "obscene". Laws which permit the censorship of "obscene" material constitute a weapon which can be used to supress all free speech. The enemies of free speech will, for obvious reasons, not *begin* by attacking the most noncontroversial, serious intellectual speech which they want to supress. For tactical reasons, they will *begin* by trying to censor the least popular forms of speech, such as pornography and "hate speech". And once the people of the nation have gotten used to the idea that *some* speech may be censored, they will be ripe for the censorship of *all* speech.

So we should fight against the censorship even of pornography and "hate speech". The proper way to fight immoral pornography, if such exists, is to simply not buy it.

And as for pornography involving children - if *real* children are used in making the pornography, then the government can properly confiscate it, and prosecute the people who produced it. Because real children had their rights violated. And anyone who buys or spreads such pornography may properly be prosecuted also - because by buying or spreading such pornography they are indirectly encouraging the violation of the rights of real children. But there is no justification for the government to persecute people who produce, buy or spread mere *drawings* or *stories* involving the spanking of minors, or the molestation of children. Because such pornography are merely the products of someone´s imagination, and no real children are abused when such pornography is created.

The owners of Kilahara Spanking Library are certainly within their rights when they choose not to permit spanking stories involving minors on this site. But I do not think that there would be anything wrong with it if they did permit spanking stories involving minors to be posted on this site. Because no real children would be abused when someone merely wrote a story about children being spanked.
