This thread could easily become 'Calling all Paula Meadows' fans! The photoset you mentioned was 'Editorial Positions' and was actually in Februs, a sister publication to Janus. Paula appeared in a number of Janus photoshoots and was superb. A search on 'Editorial Positions Paula Meadows' will bring up her interview with Jon Rayworth published on the Janus Worldwide website. Paula was also featured in Janus Encore 9, again available on the Janus website. And lastly, but not least, Paula was the subject of a post by flopsybunny on LSF back in July 2011. Apart from being a brilliant artist, Paula also had a great bottom!

The responders that have mentioned Paula Meadows has prompted me to search back in Janus, and somewhere in the early Janus 60's there was a Reader's Poll to nominate their favourite models. The results were 1st Wendy East - 2nd Sophie Fennington - 3rd Pippa Marshall - 4th Joanna - and 5th Paula Meadows. Obviously later there were many amazing models not the least being Lucy Bailey and Anneka. Any other nominations?

Lucano, of course Blushes, Kane and Roue were all part of the CP magazine scene back in the day. In the Blushes stable, I have many favourites and I did post a message about 'Calling Miss Moxley' some time ago. Blushes, I thought was very strong photographically but weak on stories. Janus, however was always the KING and published 167 editions. Perhaps the debate is which were the favourites. Of the early editions, 14 and 20 were very strong.

Morning PG
Would love to see the Moxley issue and review and comment . Are you able to message me directly? I always liked cover of New Janus issue 3 ..that chap was seen in a few issues around that time and the accompanying photoshoots were usually pretty good

Miss Moxley has been featured in a parallel post in Smalltalk. She was featured in Blushes Supplement 16 which can be sought from the Janus Worldwide site. There was something about her, innocence but more than anything a lovely bottom and naked front views wearing just a bra, stockings and suspender belt. Back to my earlier question about the best ever models in Janus Magazine or even their videos. The St Winifred's Trilogy with Gilly Norton as Head Girl and Michelle from the superb photoshoot in Janus 14 - they both get a very decent caning in the films.

I was always more of a Blushes man myself. My particular favourites were the girl with the long blonde hair who featured in the Green Gables stories and the sweet girl with the blond curls who got several well deserved caning.

Paula Meadows was an amazing artist. She kindly sent me one of her original pieces of artwork. A pencil drawing of a young lady whose dress has been blown up by a strong wind, revealing a beautiful round bottom that has been soundly caned. I believe that this picture was used in an issue of either Janus or Februs.
