Something noteworthy

For the first time since, well, probably since the beginning of this site, there is another volume-wise larger contributor than Grace Brackenridge. It took twelve years, but in surpassing 2 000 000 words, mj2001 has now put more spankings on “paper” than anyone else here. I think it deserves an applause. Congratulations and thanks for giving so much of your time, letting us take part of your ideas and creations. It's been invaluable. Also, not to forget Grace for her equally as large contribution. The treasure given to us here is beyond compare.

Thank you. Just out of curiosity, I looked it up for comparison and 'War and Peace' had 587,287 words. The idea that I'm at 3-1/2 volumes of the longest novel I ever tried to read tells me I've been pretty verbose over the past 6 years or so.

Congratulations mj2001! I appreciate your sense of humor with regards to your verbosity, but I do think you excel at long form stories and serials. Though I do wonder, have you ever had an idea for a snippet length story - or something similar - that you never published?
