Musical Theatre Spanking

Hello! I'm a big fan of musical theatre and was wondering which characters in musicals you'd like to see get a spanking. Off the top of my head, I think John Laurens and Alexander Hamilton in Hamilton very much need a spanking - the song 'Meet Me Inside' was practically written for it! Almost every character in Heathers the Musical could take a good spanking - seeing Ram and Kurt get a spanking for being bullies, or the Heathers themselves spanked for being such brats would be brilliant. I think it'd be fun to see Eponine in Les Mis get a playful spanking from Marius - she teases and jokes around with him so much, it'd be great if he teased back with a few well-placed smacks

A little moment of sadness, thinking about the tickets I had to seven different musicals this Spring/Summer that have all been cancelled or postponed till next year or the year after.

On to the question. In Calamity Jane it would be nice to see both Calamity and Katie Brown spanked. In Thoroughly Modern Millie we could have a not so modern now moment with a spanking. In the Sound of Music already one girl got a tap on the bottom with a book but perhaps the nuns could have spanked Maria and Captain Von Trapp definitely could have done. In The Wizard of Oz perhaps the wicked witch could have spanked Dorothy for taking her ruby slippers, and then we could have a reprisal of it in Wicked. In Hair, amidst everything else there's definitely a call for a bit of spanking but no particular character.

When I was a kid the town where I lived had a vibrant amateur operatic society. According to my mother one of their regular leading ladies who lived on our street was often 'slippered' by her husband. She only told me this after I had left home. This leading lady did play Calamity Jane one year.

And of course the girls in Grease, especially Rizzo. Heard about a mother who complained that when her daughter played that character in a high school production of it she started acting like Rizzo!
And A Chorus Line, for the spankable costumes the girls wear in many productions of it..
While a movie, not a play, Burlesque does have many musical comedy aspects. Besides, how delightful it is to imagine Cher and Christina Aguilera getting spanked in scanty costumes!

Absolutely! He's doing a great job as a single parent at the start of the film. The way he'd trained those kids to respond to whistle blasts was most impressive. Then along comes Maria with her fancy ideas ...

"How do you solve a problem like Maria?" Well, a firmly applied hand might work wonders...

I was thinking of a new addition to Annie Get your Gun: Anyone you can spank, I can spank harder...

I'm sorry, the days of singing in the library are over.

Of course, it's a major plot point in Kiss me Kate
