Popups should appear when you go to your Authors Page. At least mine do.

I don't seem to have an Authors page, maybe because I'm new here and haven't gotten to that level. My contact email is on my website if you want to just email me.

If you go to the "MyLSF" tab, click on that, go to "messages" (second from top), click that, go to "library" then that should bring it up.
