1st, saw Alitia today. If you haven't seen it, do so today. Best movie, so far, of 2019. 2nd, as I was watching it I had a Library realization. Specifically, Alitia, despite the fact she is over 300 (she was in stasis during that time) and a warrior, occasionally: makes decisions & acts like the adolescent she appears as. Therefore, even though she's a cyborg, she has a body that lets her feel physical sensations (rare in her world but her "suit" is even rarer). Consequently, Io, the good Dr. who finds & restores her and who eventually Alitia calls Father, should, at times, due to Alitia's questionable behaviour, upend her for some good quality old fashioned demonstrations of what good parents provide their children with when they make unwise decisions. Watching her story, I certainly felt there were a few occasions where Alitia should be reminded that, even though she's 300+, she's still a teenager and teenager's Need to mind their parents.

That sounds promising. I had in mind to see it the coming weekend. I was just a bit cautious because I'm not really certain that I'll be able to tell it apart from Ghost in the Shell. A library rip-off would be great though, I'd for certain would read it eagerly. There can't be enough Sci-Fi here, there's much too little of it as it is. Hmmm, I'll have to do something about that...
