I came across a word that I've never encountered before - Callipygian - it means having beautiful or elegantly shaped buttocks!

I never heard of it either. We can learn something every day. I'm sure someone will be writing " I could see my red palm print on her callipygian cheeks."

I have another one - Steatopygia - development of fatty deposits in the buttocks Excuse me while I go look in the mirror to check whether my buttocks are callipygian or Steatopygian

IIRC this comes from a description of the Greek goddess of love, Aphrodite (Venus in Roman mythology), who was called "Aphrodite Callipygius" which means "Aphrodite of the Beautiful Buttocks." Those Greeks clearly understood what was the most sensuously appealing aspect of the female anatomy--undoubtedly some of them were early spankophiles... --C.K.
