I was a bit perturbed to see an invitation to submit to a poetry competition for a publication bearing the above title. However I don't think it's anything to do with spanking, but it would be a great title if it were!

Visitors to the UK may be startled to see vans marked "Mr Whippy". As cover, they sell ice cream.

We used to have Mr Whippy vans here. Oddly enough I never made the connection before now.
