Well supposing my theory about Miss Thrashbottom is right and this is actually her. Surely as a true professional she would insist on the "hands on" approach and do without a warm up man (or woman). Especially, as Alan has pointed out, she had her sister to share the workload! What I was wondering is if any of those eager looking middle-aged gentlemen in the queue were actually paid!!?

Reportedly, one of them asked what his fee would be, and when he was told £100 said he was more than happy to pay it!
