Minidancer:
Who, in their right mind, would pay to have their butt made bigger? Ive spent most of my adult life asking the well worn question, 'does my bum look big in this?' and hoping the answer will be no!XxxxX
Well, I stated that a "butt lift" would presumably "tighten and elevate the patient's buttocks," meaning that his/her derriere would become more firm and less saggy, which I'm guessing would make it smaller--or at the very least look smaller.
However, I believe that type of improvement could be achieved to a considerable degree via exercise--jogging, bicycle riding, working out via various types of lower-body fitness equipment, even merely walking a couple of miles on a regular basis.
As for that question, and numerous variations of it, males should be taught almost from infancy to avoid answering them at all costs--especially if a truthful reply wouldn't be graciously accepted.
"Well, darling, your bum looks big in just about anything, not to mention even when it's bare."
"Does that dress make your butt look big? Of course not, sweetheart, it's your butt which makes your butt look big."
Those are disastrous responses, they probably won't be forgiven via playing that 1970s hit song by Queen: "Fat-bottom girls, they make the rockin' world go 'round..."
