Yeah, I get the feeling that He's carried on the tradition though I've never seen any evidence that his kids get spanked. Dagwood...? LO! definitely in that manner.

Of course adults should follow rules. I wish the court system would institute corporal punishment, and if certain females break those rules a/k/a laws, they should be made to forfeit their dress or skirt by being made to raise them. With panties, knickers, or bloomers taken down, to bare their naked rear ends. And birched, or caned. I can dream can't I.
