Ramus:
I have not been able to connect for about three weeks. Is there a problem?
There's several potential causes of this but perhaps the most likely is a problem with your ISP's name servers. You could try using OpenDNS instead and see if that fixes the problem:

I have tried using three different devices and IE, Firefox and Opera. I even closed my WiFi on my phone switched on data and tried to connect that way. I could not but I could connect to other sites. So, the problem cannot be with my devices or router. Does anyone have an email address fro CHRoss?

Have you tried accessing his site on someone else's computer? Or perhaps a public computer at an internet cafe or the public library? If that works, it [i]may
be an issue with your ISP or your anti-virus software...

The problem, however, can be with your ISP's name servers which have nothing to do with your devices or router - that's why I suggested using the OpenDNS name servers instead of your ISPs.

Yes, he's been a great source of traffic, especially if he lists you in his "spankings of the week". I think several other bloggers here have benefited from that too.

Thanks for the suggestion of using OpenDNS Februs but I was a little nervous of doing that as I am not too computer savvy. CHRoss responded to my email very quickly and suggested re-booting the router but that did not help.
The a few days ago I was able to connect again! I have no idea how. It was nothing that I had done. Anyway, the problem is solved now and I am happy.
Thank you everyone from your suggestions and sympathy.

The chross blog seems to have been inactive for almost a year now. I tried emailing him a while ago but didn't get a reply - does anyone know what's happened to him?

I suspect that "life" happened, and the guy simply lost either the time to keep it updated, or the motivation to do so. Or both.
