Reasons for being spanked during the Xmas season. Feel free to add. Mine are:
Going over your holiday budget on presents & having way to much holiday sugar.

How about these two?
Not listening to hints about what the wife/girlfriend wants for Christmas.
Calling Mother-in-Law the Grinch.

Yanking on Santa's beard to see if it's real or not and not giving up when he yells in pain.
Collecting for charity and then spending the funds on yourself.
Giving your least favourite gift from last you to the person you least like this year.
Having your birthday be the same day as Christmas. :D

How about waiting until the last minute to shop and not being able to find what was requested. Also, re-gifting presents to people that they gifted to you last year (which I once did by mistake)! Ouch.

These apply all of the time, but even more during the holiday season:
Being grumpy and negative.
Being ungrateful.
Procrastination.
Getting rid of stress.
Just for fun!

Shaking presents to try to figure out what's inside
Putting coal in one's stocking
Eating sweets on the sly when told not to because of health problems
Not shoveling the sidewalk when it snowed, or putting deicer down
(someone fell on their bottom/bum and now it's their turn to make one's bottom hurt)
Getting a spanking implement for Christmas (and now they want to try it out)

Opening a present to see what's inside!
Returning it to get what you want! (My wife actually did this.)
Not noticing the difference when she opened it!!! (Yes, that was me. My daughter noticed because she helped me buy it.)

Going out to buy presents for other people but then spotting the most beautiful designer dress ever...and spending your money on that instead!
Sorry!
But it is gorgeous!!
