Rick on the "help desk"!! Does that sound like an oxymoron or is it just me? What we need is someone charming, helpful and above all sensible to be in charge and I do believe I know just the person!

What do those so-called qualities have to do with anything? What we need is someone to put in the time, hours upon hours of it, racking up the overtime pay, and willing to give a big put down to the idiots who have the nerve to ask their silly questions. Don't you know anything about the service industry?

I believe there is a big difference between 'racking up' overtime, and actually getting paid for it.
