My point exactly. You're not inside reading books (or stories at LSF). Certain sources tell me that Summer is very slow in the literary world. For example, major mainstream authors tend to release new books in the Fall when the weather turns and kids are back in school. They don't schedule new releases in July or August.
But back to the contest, I still expect a slew of last minute entries as usual. I've been busy too, but I still might slide in under the wire with one.
