Of course there is the always popular birthday suit which is readily available at a moments notice.

That reminds me of the story of a Scottish lass who often got switched on her bare bum because her mother didn't want to damage her underwear. The girl remarked "My bum might catch a splinter too but it wouldn't have to be replaced."

What happens when it no longer fits?

Lovely idea Ffrostie of a spanking uniform. I attended a mixed prep school and the boys (age 5 and 6) were sometimes made to wear a pair of frilly knickers over their shorts when they were really naughty. There was just the one pair used so if you were the first to be caught it was unlucky as subsequent offenders were let off this embarrassment. I can't recall the knickers being taken off one boy and put on another but if whoever was wearing them continued to misbehave he was spanked over them.

I imagine the idea of being made to change into any garment knowing the next step is a spanking has quite an erotic charge. I wonder if the same trigger works in reverse? I mean what if the spanker changes into some form of clothing that signifies he/she is about to spank someone. interesting!

An interesting thing about birthday suits - the bigger YOU get, the roomier the suit often gets, if the extra folds and wrinkles are any indication.

Then there is the, "Go to the bedroom and put on the panties you find there". If the panties are pink the spanked bottom will soon be pink. If the panties are red then a harder spanking is in store and if blue - watch out.

I have recurring daydreams about some sort of resort (a hotel, or a cruise ship perhaps) staffed by shapely young men and women stuffed into skintight, one-size-fits-all-but-only-barely spandex uniforms. Black or dark gray, so tight that their bodies are almost literally bursting out, but with an easily tuggable hem around the pants. Guess what happens to them when they mix up your order or are late returning your laundry?

I've invented various costumes for stories that I've written. Some of them include:
Thong panties that cover the front while leaving the bottom effectively bared - great for public spankings.
Panties with bullseye style patterns cut into the fabric, allowing the spanker to see the colour change as he spanks.
Underwear with small holes in the seat - so the spanker can gauge the bottom's colour.
A skirt with 'lift as needed' printed on its seat.
Skirts that are flaired to be loose enough to be easily lifted.
One piece sleepers with trapdoors.
Shorts with elastic waistbands - making them easy to tug down.

I think spanking uniforms are appropriate for various "role play" types of spankings. PJ's could be worn for a daddy/daughter role play where as a short plaid skirt/white blouse/knee high's maybe worn for a student/teacher type role play.

If it's meant to be a punishment spanking then it should be kept as such and uniforms may not necessarily be appropriate. Unless, the spankee knows that when they are told to go and put on their PJ's (or whatever other wardrobe) means that they are "in for a spanking" then that could be considered the "spanking uniform".

But for play partner type spankings, mixing up various "uniforms" can be fun. However, regardless of the uniform...the END result should always remain the same...bare (bottom)!
