Gee, if Sheldon can spank Amy for lying to him on the Big Bang Theory on national television, the least the author of "Spank"can do is throw in a few swats on a tush to satisfy the affectionados. I'd feel cheated!

I remember that. Bernadette gave him a good get to bed speech earlier in that episode. His mother probably would have spanked him. There's another episode where she comes to visit and threatens to turn him over her knee.
