I've also heard double bubble butt. or just a butt referred to as a double bubble. Each cheek its own bubble shape. I once heard bubble ass. Not as cute as bubble butt.

Just means round like a bubble. Doesn't even have to be high, but usually the roundness causes it to be higher and less tapered. Size doesn't matter, but the bubble always makes them prominent, as opposed to the flatter leaner cheeks.

Guy LOL. Well not for the qualification of a "bubble butt." The shape itself demands a certain size, but once the roundness is there, it can be proportionately big or small within that definition. Some people stretch the definition of round, even though bubbles are pretty consistent when it comes to roundness. This topic is the best.
