Having worn a kilt on many occassion I can assure everyone it does not get cold around the vital parts. I think there is around 36 yards of material in a proper kilt, which acts as insulation. There is a lovely sense of freedom down below when wearing one, and as Mrs Dund would testify, easy and instant access to a bare bottom.

My brother has a kilt. One of these days, he's going to get his bottom pinched...at the very least,
