"Dis" is slang for "disrespect," used as a verb.

In all honesty, though, I wasn't disrespecting you. I was just trying to avoid being the one to tell you an uncomfortable truth: that it may be awhile before people - certain people, OTHER people - start appreciating you. (You know who I refer to.)

By the way, try as I might, I cannot connect to the chat server from ANY computer I have (and I've got several). I used to be able to, but since it merged with BL all I see is "connecting to server"---and it never connects. I'm not being standoffish, I just can't get in.

Okay Rollin... confess... what did you do to get banned?

I have narrowed my intermittent connection success to Symantic Endpoint Protection. Sometimes it lets me in, sometimes it doesn't; sometimes it is because it detects I am running a work VPN, sometimes that is of no concern to it. I simply can't get the pattern nailed down - but at least I know what software is causing the heartache.
