Yes, today, Monday 21st January is allegedly the most depressing day of the year. I've had the January blues quite badly this month, and the recent snow has not helped. Everyone's broke and the illicit fun of the office Christmas party and New Year are but distant memories. I think a few red bottoms are just what's required to get rid of the blues, don't you?

Today in my neck of the woods it's 21 degrees. Horrible outside even with the sun shining bright. I have to admit that a good bottom warming would come in handy. Yep, you can put me in line right after cayenne.

Well I didn't get the blues but I did get my bottom warmed for real on the 20th, not once but twice. First up over my mama's knee then later that night before bed a reminder that mama was still peeved with me

Its only 17 here this morning, and excess heat comes from standing in front of the wood stove.
