A codpiece would be most unlikely to be stamped XXL or even XXS. Aren't they modern sizes in use only since decimalisation? Surely much more likely with something old like a codpiece are the old imperial measures. A man with a really huge imagination would possibly need a size Super Royal or even a Double Elephant!!!
