I couldn't understand a word of this, but it didn't really matter.

Heartwarming is really an understatement! Was it a recruitment advert for the saintly order of schoolmistresses? Lovely bit of music as well!

Alan, thank you for this. This was one of the most heartwarming videos to come along in a long time. Such respect by those who finally saw the light. Wow!

I loved it too. Was it Korean? Perhaps someone could translate. A lovely example of respect due to our teachers and a novel variant of taking teacher an apple.

Terrific portrait of a giving person. Excellent.

Very lovely story. I confess to being uncomfortable with bowing, kneeling and touching the floor with the forehead, but I guess showing respect that way is part of that culture. She certainly deserves it.
The music sounds vaguely Japanese and the people in the video could be. I don't recognize the flag that's shown but it's not Japanese, Chinese, North or South Korean, Vietnamese, Laotian, Cambodian or Taiwanese. Perhaps it's not a national flag...

The printed language shown is definitely not Japanese. I'm leaning towards Laotian or Cambodian...

It is Korean I would think.

It's a very touching piece of film, perhaps a music video? Michael Egove should be made to watch it for 6 months non-stop!
Google's Translate This Page facility would suggest it's from Thailand.
Thanks, Alan. The caning snippet is most engaging, too!

That's really quite sweet. I wonder what it was made for. You could get a really good story out of it, too.
