For brevity I just refer to it as TTIWHLTDITWNTWTA (The Thing I Would Have Liked To Do If Things WereN't The Way They Are). Saves a lot of time in conversations.

I can see even now and worse in a decade or so, one will have learned a completely new language on the net, and sadly the somewhat formal conversations will have gone the way of the dodo bird.

Try texting. It's worse than email language. And it's here already. Police departments actually have translators to read text messages.

These kids today, they have it too easy, not like in my day. Oy...
