I want to thank everyone for your kind thoughts and prayers. You have all been so supportive in ways you probably don't know. Your kind words gave me what support I needed. Here is what I wrote to my baby girl as she winged her way home. You'll find her name here as well:

D is for the daughter who will be missed so very much
A is for the angels who took her away
U is for understanding that we were all teens once, too
G is for her heart that was made of Gold
H is for the home she shared for such a short time
T is for the tears we now shed that she's gone
E is for Erin the name of our sweet angel
R is for Rest in Peace my baby girl

Once again, I'd like to thank all of you for your support. Hug those you love and keep them close.

Apologies for reacting so late but I've been away in Europe with limited access to a PC.

Please do accept my deepest sympathy for you and your family.

No apologies needed my friends. All of you have been so supportive. I thank my lucky stars to have such friends in my life, both in person and online.

This hits very close to home; I lost my wife nearly two years ago, quite suddenly. I can't even imagine losing a child. My online friends really kept me going for the last 2 years, and they were all new to me. I extend my heartfelt sympathies & prayers to you.
