Women's relay

On the front page of my copy of "The Observer" sports section today was an article, "British women's relay team fail to qualify for the Olympics". Should be "fails", but that sort of thing is one of my grammatical weaknesses too. It was accompanied by a delicious if small photo of a blonde in tight blue lycra short shorts bending over on the athletics track, one hand behind the outside of her plump right cheek as if to protect it. Apparently this Hayley Jones made a mistake which cost the team their Olympic place.

The coach, Charles van Commenee, who has a reputation as a disciplinarian, says he will hold "an honest review". Given that Hayley Jones has an extremely spankable bottom and was presenting it most invitingly, can one hope that the review will be strict, focused and effective?

If it wasn't for sights like that, I wouldn't have any interest in sport whatsoever.

The OP makes an excellent point. If the British women's relay team takes the gold in the 2016 Olympics, we'll know that Mr van Commenee found the obvious way to motivate girls with spankable bottoms presented most invitingly.

I thought as host Britain qualified for everything automatically. I have to admit the girls do make a spankable sight, but I bet those runners bottoms would be strong muscles more than plump glutes.

No, that's in competitions like the international football competitions. There are so many Olympic events, that for the hosts to qualify for everything would be grossly unfair and would inevitably involve some horrible mismatches in obscure events they were no good at.

We can, of course, start a campaign for spanking to be an Olympic sport. It's more sporting than synchronised swimming. Now there's a thought - synchronised spanking?

Funnily enough, during my search for the photo which sparked this thread I found the Sun Newspaper's article on the Women's 100m relay debacle. The headline was "Rock Bottom."

On the other subject, I suspect that British spankletes would easily meet the Olympic A standard in the spanking events. I imagine there might be some sort of Hexspankathlon where six different implements were used.

Always like to read about women athletes getting spanked , especially if their uniforms are sexy.
