How about someone who is behind on his bills? With your wife being his creditor taking him to task for being so bad at managing his finances. He earns enough to get by - but he wastes his money on takeout food and paying for online chats. So she offers you a deal; she'll come back for the money next week if you accept a good spanking to teach you to manage your money better.

As an aside, someone has to be using those "Pay X for five minutes of talking with a slutty girl from your area" bits to pay for all those ads.

Back on the RP - there was comedy I saw years ago where someone called a sex line to talk dirty and ended up talking to his niece. It was her first day on the job and he hadn't known that she worked there or that the service was a local one - which could happen to you for RP. You call a sex line (or click on one of those pay to chat sites) and the young lady answering isn't just young enough to be your daughter, she's actually your niece / the little girl from next door / the daughter of your wife's best friend - whatever it is she has some sort of connection with you and, more importantly, your wife. She tells your wife then your wife takes you to task about wasting money and making yourself a laughingstock, shaming her in the eyes of the community. If she's up for it, your wife could play the young lady in question as you chat on the phone (or on the computer) until she discovers who you really are. Then she could berate and scold you (pretending to the young woman), ending with "and I'm going to tell your wife on you!".

Or a reversal. You're the headmaster of a school and you've just improperly caned her son (or daughter) or grandson/nephew (granddaughter/niece). She could easily get you fired over this (and maybe sue for lots of cash) but she's willing to take it out of your hide - giving you twice (or three times, or four times) the caning you improperly handed out. To accept the pound of flesh rather than going for the cash. The proud headmaster, being forced to submit to a caning, there's a nice afternoon there.

Phew! Goodgulf. Thanks very much for the ideas, and the amount of thought you've put in. I like the role reversal one with the headmaster. Role reversal always turns me on as I'm an authorative figure in my job. My wife always berates me when I'm over her lap saying things like "what would the girls back in your office say if they could see you? Maybe I should phone and tell Steph you get your bottom spanked"

[1] Play an executive who sexually harasses his secretary, only to have her complain to his superior, a strict early-middle-aged woman. At a meeting in the woman's office, he is told that the secretary will refrain from suing the company if he'll submit to 'alternate punishment,' which will also save his job. (If you want to involve a second female, she could play the secretary who gets to observe her boss's butt-blistering--or even participate in it.)

[2] Play a speeding driver who can't afford another 'moving violation' or he'll lose his driver's license, then he's pulled over by a perky policewoman for going 15 miles-per-hour over the speed limit. He begs and pleads, saying he'll do anything if she'll refrain from ticketing him--but he does need to learn a good lesson about safe driving, she believes.

[3] Play a slightly inebriated stable hand who loses his temper and angrily whips the queen's favorite horse with a riding crop. After he's caught and brought before her, she orders him taken to her quarters and stripped, with guards waiting outside her room. Entering the room with her own crop, she says that he needs to know what it feels like to have his own hindquarters soundly whipped.

[4] Play a college guy who gets caught 'peeping' through the windows into a sorority house, on a night when the new pledges are being paddled bare-bottom for various demerits earned that week. Overpowered and dragged inside by a half-dozen of the 'sisters,' he ends up sentenced to take the paddlings that all six pledges have earned, administered by the pledgemistress in front of the 'sisters' and pledges alike.
