The BL tag is part of the site's equality monitoring classification. It stands for Blind Leper.

The FAQ is available between 10:15 and 10:25 each second Thursday in the month (except February and August) by knocking five times on the green door at the back of number 128 Dock Street, Dunfermline, completing the necessary form in triplicate (black ink only, no ballpoints), opening the middle section of the dark grey filing cabinet behind the door marked "Beware of the Leopard" and reading the encrypted file marked FAQ - ALL.

Yes the filing cabinet is in a hard to find lavatory, there's a sign on the door that says beware of the leopard.

And don't forget the A in FAQ stands for Asked, not for Answered.
