I don't have a mobile phone as no one wants to talk to me that urgently. I don't rely on alarm clocks as I get prodded and brought a cup of tea when it's time to get up! Seems more civilised somehow!

Having read this I think it might be time for regime chance in the Februs household as, like Jimi, I'm afraid I have to do all the early morning (I use the term loosely) tea and coffee making. Now I'm also beginning to wonder who actually prodded me in the eye too...
